Employed broker or independent – which to choose? FSSG has a unique approach regarding your employment status:

If you are currently an employee, but think that you would like to become an independent, FSSG can start you in one of our company branches and then aid you in your transition to independent status (including securing the necessary Series-24 license); or

If you are currently an independent, you can remain in that status or you can move into one of our company branches (where you’ll find a payout structure that will remind you of independent status); or

You can switch from employed (wirehouse model) direct to independent
